Licensing

Under this laser platform the licensee will have exclusive access to our 60 watt – 980 nm platform. This laser will put out 60 watts of power on a continuous basis. It can also be pulsed. The delivery system is state of the art fiber optics. This laser can only be acquired thru a license agreement with Avicenna Laser Technology. Licensees will be featured on the Concierge Laser Pain Relief Centers of America (CLPRCA) website, www.CLPRCA.com.

Licensees must meet certain minimal requirements in laser usage. They will agree to practice a higher level of medicine using proprietary Avicenna treatment protocols. They are also provided with a state of the art equipment ancillary to the laser s follows:

• 1.   Leander 950 Series Treatment Table   
• 2.   Zimmer Mini-Cryo Unit                
• 3.   32-inch LCD-DVD TV

Under a licensing model all equipment provided remains the property of Avicenna. A per minute usage fee and a monthly minimum amount must be met. Upon meeting our selection criteria potential applicants will receive a detailed contract for review spelling out the terms of the license.
